ORDERING INFORMATION

Canadian and American Orders:
There is a flat shipping and handling (S&H) rate of $11 CAD for orders up to 1 kg. (2.2lbs). I will calculate S&H for heavier orders and let you know the cost before you are billed.

Note on lighter items: If you order needles, thread or patterns only:
These are light and flat and shipping and handling is $4.00 CAD. Note: Your Pay Pal order will automatically show the flat $11 shipping fee. When I receive your order I will adjust the shipping charges to the lower rate and email you a PayPal refund.

International Orders:
Please contact me at val@valeriehearder.com and I will email you a Pay Pal invoice with S&H included, or make a suitable arrangment.

Alternative Ordering Methods:
If you do not want to use Pay Pal, you can place your order by fax (902 531 2154), mail, or e-mail.
Payment: I can only accept credit card orders through Pay Pal but I will accept cheque or money order. Please allow extra time for your cheque to clear.
